U-GoTrip Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

U-GoTrip provides digital tools designed to assist users in planning and navigating family road trips, including but not limited to:

• Trip planning and itinerary tools
• Route planning and suggested stops
• Location-based recommendations
• Travel guidance and family travel tools
• User-saved destinations and preferences

All recommendations, route suggestions, and travel information are provided for informational purposes only. U-GoTrip does not guarantee accuracy, safety, cleanliness, availability, or suitability of any location or recommendation. Users are responsible for evaluating all recommendations before acting on them.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App.

Parents or legal guardians may use the App to plan trips involving minors.

The App is not intended for direct use by children under 13 without parental supervision.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for activity occurring under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at: support@u-gotrip.com

U-GoTrip may request permission to access your device's location data in order to:

• Provide route-based suggestions
• Identify nearby stops and family-friendly locations
• Improve navigation and trip planning

Location access may be disabled in your device settings; however, certain features of the App may not function properly without it.

Trip recommendations, ratings, stop suggestions, and route guidance may rely on third-party data providers, including mapping and location databases.

U-GoTrip does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of location data
• Cleanliness or safety of recommended stops
• Availability of locations
• Accuracy of third-party reviews

Users should independently verify all travel information before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the App
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to access restricted systems
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Users may create or save content within the App, such as:

• Saved destinations
• Trip plans
• Feedback

By submitting content, you grant U-GoTrip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely for operating and improving the App.

Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content they submit.

All intellectual property within the App, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Design
• Branding
• Features
• Content

is owned by U-GoTrip or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

The App may rely on third-party technologies such as:

• Map and navigation providers
• Analytics tools
• Hosting infrastructure
• Crash reporting services

U-GoTrip is not responsible for failures, outages, or inaccuracies caused by these third-party services.

We may update:

• The App
• Features
• These Terms

from time to time.

If material changes occur, we may provide notice through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App and its services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, U-GoTrip disclaims all warranties including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of recommendations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U-GoTrip will not be liable for:

• Travel delays or disruptions
• Inaccurate map or route data
• Location inaccuracies
• Device damage or data loss
• Personal injury, property damage, or losses related to travel decisions

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Attempt to harm the service or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
